Jacob Werthem

Signature Construction Group specialize in Home Additions, Full Home Custom Remodels, Kitchens & Bathrooms and More.

Jacob and his team work closely with local architects and designers to help develop the best plan for your project.

Jacob is a native Floridian from Daytona Beach. His wife Tammy is also a native from Central Florida. They met and married in Stuart, Florida and have lived there since 2004. Tammy is a retired Realtor. They have three wonderful children.

In their free time, the family enjoys baseball, hiking, biking, boating, fishing and travel.

Both Jacob and Tammy volunteer in the community through supporting Little League, High School Baseball Boosters, helping with fundraising and sponsorship for their boy’s Travel baseball teams and volunteering at their children’s schools.

Brian Werthem

Brian Werthem is the owner of Signature Construction Group (SCGNaples, LLC) and serves as the primary point of contact for all clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Brian has called Naples home for over twenty years. A native Floridan, born in Daytona Beach, Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife Rachel and twin daughters.

Brian’s employment began in hospitality and customer service in 2001, where he served on the launch team at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort of Naples. Brian transitioned to 5 Star Valet (a boutique valet parking company in Naples) in 2011 where he served as Vice President of Operations. His wealth of experience in customer service, employee management, and client retention has set the foundation for SCGNaples. Brian believes in building relationships, open transparency and constructing your dream project.
